POSITION: Controls Engineering Delivery Leader

 What You will Do:

Cascade business unit strategy through policy deployment, goal-setting, and appraisal processesMake critical decisions to balance needs of stakeholders (customers, employees, and the company)Build trusting relationships with customers; identify opportunities and propose solutionsPromote quality culture and systems that ensure consistent delivery excellenceModel and predict demand; generate and realize capability and capacity plansAnalyze and forecast business performance to drive financial performanceIdentify program risks; determine and implement mitigation measuresDevelop and mentor leaders and ensure consistent management capabilityChampion employee engagement, recognition and strong culture throughout the teamManage team communication rhythms, including all-hands meetings, information flow-down, and team connectsSupport and present at governance meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment Drive special initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, growth, innovation, best-practice implementation, and hygiene of the business unit

What You Will Bring:

Bachelors in Engineering or higher with at least 10 years of management experience; experience in gas power controls engineering is requiredDemonstrated global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across culturesGood business acumen and the ability to analyze data to gain insights and can use these to identify business improvement opportunitiesAbility to communicate and present effectively and clearly with management, peers, team members, and clients

Pay Range: 42 to 52 LPA

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Hyderabad, Telangana and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.  Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 

 

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, up to 25% of travel is required.
