In this role, you will join the Water Solutions team, responsible for the project engineering, management, and execution of DCS projects for the domestic water and wastewater industries. Our Power & Water Solutions business is an industry-leading controls automation company that focuses on providing applications in the renewable (solar, hydro, wind), fossil (natural gas and coal) power generation, and water/wastewater treatment plants sectors. We focus on upgrading existing plant control systems with industry-leading automation controls and instrumentation to promote the sustainability and longevity of our North American power grid and water/wastewater infrastructure.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the application design and engineering execution for Water projects Develop and track project engineering plans and ensure on time delivery of all requirements Proactively estimate and communicate project resource needs Collaborate and provide technical leadership to make valuable contributions to customer solutions Follow Emerson departmental procedures and fully understand and support department quality objectives Work with customers on a technical level and commercial basis while developing strong relationships Collaborate with Emerson Operations Group to track progress and assist in engineering project hardware Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the execution cycle and deliver top-notch results on all projects Optimize utilization of global resources on engineering activities in support of department objectives Identify and recommend improvements in processes on a continuing basis and implement improvements Monitor project financials to meet department objectives Build strong engineering teams and serve as a mentor to fellow engineers Provide support to the project pursuits, marketing, and lifecycle teams, as needed Participate in domain expert teamsWho You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent 2+ years of automation experience in an engineering environment Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this positionPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering 5+ years of experience in engineering environment Experience in Automation within the water/wastewater, power generation, or other industry Experience with various equipment manufacturers is highly preferredOur Offer To You:
