Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to join our Electrical Integration team. This role involves full-cycle project management and technical design responsibilities for control panel systems in water and wastewater applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, and UL 508A compliance.

Project Bidding & PlanningCollaborate with the Estimating Department to review RFQs, plans, and specificationsClarify project scope and ensure accuracy of Control’s deliverableCoordinate with management to establish project infrastructure and communication protocolsDesign & DocumentationEngineer and document packages for:Medium Voltage Distribution and Motor ControlLow Voltage Distribution and Motor Control HardwareControl PanelsInstrumentationSubmit designs for client approval and ensure compliance with project requirementsProject ImplementationResolve technical and budgetary scope issuesRelease equipment for purchase or fabricationOversee production, testing, delivery, installation, and start-up activitiesProject CloseoutTrack and resolve punch list itemsConduct “Lessons Learned” meetings to:Recognize best practices and individual contributionsRecommend process improvements across departmentsQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design and coordinationUnderstanding of electrical/control systems and water/wastewater industry basicsProficiency in MS Office and Google WorkspaceWork Environment:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $120000.00/hr.
