Job Responsibilities:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or significant equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years working in a high-volume automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven ability to interface effectively with corporate staff, vendors, customers, and employees.
· Experience with plant start-ups and major product launches is highly preferred.
· Strong proficiency in project tracking, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work extended hours during project launches as needed.
