Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer with expertise in PLC programming and HMI development for custom automation equipment.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in designing, installing, troubleshooting, modifying, and maintaining control systems in automated industrial environments. Proficiency in Rockwell Automation PLCs (Studio 5000) and FactoryTalk View/Ignition HMI platforms. Experience with servo systems, motors, variable frequency drives. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and create detailed documentation.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering.

Responsibilities:

Develop PLC logic using Rockwell's Studio 5000 design software. Create HMIs using FactoryTalk View and Ignition platforms. Specify and select components such as PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, motors, drives, sensors based on project scope. Produce electrical drawings using AutoCAD software as needed. Manage projects from inception through installation and commissioning. Optimize equipment performance by assessing and modifying PLC logic and HMI programs. Troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, or process problems.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
