9. Stick to the project schedule strictly, make project schedule and be highly aware of the cost and time allocated to controls job.
严格遵循项目节点，指定项目计划，并有强烈的时间、成本意识；

College Education, Major: Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics or related major.
大专以上学历，专业：电气，自动化，机电一体化等相关专业。
2. At least 5 years' experience in automation industry, at least lead 1 middle or big logistic project design and commissioning.
5年以上自动化行业工作经验，至少主导1个中大型物流项目的设计和调试；
3.  Good PLC programming skill.
良好的PLC编程能力；
4. Familiar with EPLAN, AutoCAD. 
熟练运用EPLAN, AutoCAD；
5. Familiar with Siemens PLC, HMI, TIA Portal and WinCC.
熟练使用西门子PLC、HMI、TIA Portal和WinCC；
6. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通能力；
7. Good English reading and writing, good listening, speaking is preferred.
良好的英语读写能力，有良好的听说能力优先；
8. Team-work spirit and pro-active attitude.
