Controls Engineer

Job Details:
+ Develop and implement advanced PLC and robotic control systems to drive seamless manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth integration and peak performance.
+ Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and automation issues, drawing on a deep knowledge of equipment sequences and control systems.
+ Respond swiftly to equipment downtime, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to minimize disruptions and expedite recovery.
+ Design and optimize Human-Machine Interface (HMI) applications to enhance user interaction and real-time system visibility.
+ Lead end-to-end equipment improvement initiatives—from initial concept through to execution—aligning with production objectives and delivery timelines.
+ Partner with cross-functional launch teams to successfully integrate new technologies and processes into the manufacturing environment.
+ Support capital equipment sourcing by evaluating potential suppliers and ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
+ Contribute to the creation and execution of preventative maintenance strategies for both new and legacy electrical and control systems.
+ Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date technical documentation, including equipment inventories, spare parts lists, and electrical schematics, to ensure operational readiness and continuity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
