The role is based in Memphis, TN (onsite). Be part of a site expanding predictive programs of vibration, high speed motion capturing camera, motor circuit analysis, ultrasound, infrared thermography, and oil analysis. Your potential is our inspiration.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead effort to program new site wide key performance indicator database to track asset health of equipment to drive plant production

Create capital request to engineer out equipment failure modes on sites top critical equipment

Help to drive capital project execution and design for site bad actors

Review and document past OEE losses to equipment functional locations to help with capital justification

Develop new Power Apps to help with inventory, training, and other needs of department to utilize barcode/QR codes in plant

Mentor and coach operators in training of new operator rounds, utilizing precision maintenance techniques

Investigate root cause analysis of equipment failures on site

Gather and input equipment specifications into MCA, UE, Vibe, Lube, and IR software to help with analysis of equipment failure

What Makes You the Right Fit​

Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering program working towards a Bachelor's degree

Entering into or currently enrolled as a Sophomore - Senior academic year classification

How Would You Stand Out?​

Preference given to candidates with degrees in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; candidates with a Chemical Engineering background will also be considered.
