At our Heidelberg location, we are currently looking for a motivated and committed Controller (m/f/d) to help us take our controlling department to the next level.

Main Tasks:

Updating KPIs and sending various management reports (daily sales, overdue receivables, maintenance costs, balanced score card, monthly results)Preparing the daily sales and inventory report independentlyInternal clarification of controlling-related issuesPreparation of raw data from various data sources (mainly Excel and SAP)Support with investment calculations and product costingsChecking and approving purchase requisitionsVery good knowledge of business management correlations (warehousing, cash flow, standard costs, productivity)Support with internal compliance (SOX) documentation

Qualification:

Completed business studies, preferably with a focus on financeFirst work experienceFluid Knowledge in German, Good knowledge of English (both verbally and written)Very good knowledge of MS ExcelSelf-initiative and willingness to learnAbility to work independently and on your own responsibilityGood communication skillsAbility to work in a team
