What you'll do

 

The BAC Services Global Delivery Controlling team supports the global Services and Adoption leaders in all controlling related activities such as budgeting, forecasting as well as risk and deviation analysis empowering them to achieve financial success and enhance transparency through guided decision-making. 

As a member of the team, you will be handling the financial reporting packages and preparation of complex analysis for the global management. You will support the development of your business unit, and your contribution will help leaders to make optimal financial decision driving sustainable growth. You will closely interact with Senior Management in the business as well as regional and local finance teams to support financial and operational activities.

 

What you bring

 

University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration 
Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking, and the ability to understand complex frameworks
Profound expertise in MS Office, specifically strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong personal commitment and quality consciousness

Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to successfully interact with colleagues and senior management alike
Fluent in English
Previous internship in Controlling is a plus
