The Role We’re seeking a finance leader to own fund accounting, reporting, and operational excellence for multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities + Oversee Fund and GP general ledgers — quarterly expenses, accruals, intercompany transactions, investment activity, and partner allocations + Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in line with applicable accounting standards + Partner with finance leadership to support audits and tax filings, liaising with external providers and addressing technical accounting issues + Monitor cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity + Manage capital calls and distributions at both Fund and investment levels + Review reporting packages from fund administrators — including notices, financials, and investor requests + Collaborate with Investor Relations to address LP inquiries and deliver accurate, timely communications Requirements What We’re Looking For + 10+ years in public accounting and/or fund accounting (VC, PE, or investment management experience highly preferred) + Strong command of investment partnership accounting + Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with AltaReturn or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus + Self-starter with exceptional time management and prioritization skills in fast-paced settings Why You’ll Love It Here + Fully paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance + 401(k) + profit sharing + Competitive salary & performance bonus + Catered lunches + stocked kitchen on office days + Collaborative, goal-driven culture where your work directly supports visionary founders and transformative companies 📩 Interested?
