As Controller Reporting you are responsible for internal and external reporting as well as all internal control matters. In your role you manage and coach an enthusiastic & diverse team of 5 people consisting of an Assistant Controller, 2 Management Accountants, a Financial Analyst and a Manager Consolidation & Reporting. In this position you will be responsible for:The timeliness and accuracy of financial information in line with the Company’s policies and applicable accounting rules including US GAAP and IFRSThe consolidation process including further development of the use of PACCAR’s Financial Consolidation Application (BFC)Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to consolidation and reportingDevelopment, monitoring and ensuring the execution of the PFE SOx Control FrameworkSupport internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and ensuring timely resolution of audit findingsThe monthly forecasting process and the maintenance and further development of the forecast modeTechnical accounting topics like Credit Loss Reserves, Portfolio impairments and TaxDevelopment of management accounting and key performance indicatorsDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to financial reporting systems, processes, and automation like data analytics tools and RPAParticipation in related projects as assignedYou will report to the Controller of PFE
