About the Role

As our Controller in Transfer Pricing, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and managing our transfer pricing policies and procedures. You will support the team with financial calculations and data analytics technology. Beyond that, you will work closely with our existing team analyzing intercompany transactions, assessing transfer pricing risks, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on transfer pricing matters, including tax, legal, finance, and operations. Previous experience of transfer pricing is not a requirement.

This role can be in our Heidelberg office on a hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities:

Calculate service fees and other chargesInitiate and execute intercompany billing for all group entitiesRegular review of existing models and allocation keys in line with business changesEnsure documentation of TP transactionsMaintaining the TP manualAnalytical review of TP calculations and resultsSupport and provide guidance to stakeholders, e.g. Tax and Financial Reporting, in particular in relation to calculations performedInternal dashboard reportingSupport with improvement of current processesSupport other tasks or projects within the Financial Accounting Services team (e.g. revenue allocations)

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Degree in Economics, Business Management or related subjectExperience of working in an international environmentExperience of working with external audit partners would be an advantageStrong skills in Excel and Access; overall technology and data knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsTeam player with high integrity and excellent collaboration skillsFluent in German and EnglishWell organized, highly motivated, flexible and able to work independently
