As a Plant Controller (m/f/d) within the Business Group Lighting at our Lippstadt location, you will be responsible for the operational analysis of key performance indicators, ensuring their accuracy, reliability, and comparability.

Proactive support of sales, revenue, and investment planning in close cooperation with responsible managers; acting as a liaison between headquarters and operational unitsServing as the Financial Business Partner to the plant management, providing support for related functions in cost center accounting, production cost simulations, and all KPIs related to contribution marginPreparation of regular plan, actual, and forecast reports, including commentary-based variance analyses and reviews with managementEnsuring cost transparency and deriving actionable recommendationsParticipation in business cases, strategic competitive analyses, and execution of ad-hoc analyses for the plant managementContinuous improvement of existing controlling tools and processes in collaboration with specialist departments
