Controller Danfoss Power Solutions CT Division
Job Description

Danfoss Power Solutions is seeking a Controller to support our Global Sales and Marketing area, as well as our Global Controller Team in the Controls Division—driving financial insights and business improvements across sales, marketing, and operations. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to financial management, this role is for you!

Job Responsibilities

As our Controller, you will play a key role as a financial business partner, working closely with our sales leaders across the division. You will be responsible for driving target setting, forecasting, and performance follow-up for the CT Sales and Marketing area, while optimizing reporting structures and ensuring system alignment. Additionally, you will support the CT Sales leadership team with financial insights and structured reporting to enhance decision-making.

 

Beyond Sales and Marketing, you will provide financial analysis across Business Units and plants, supporting improvement initiatives that contribute to our profitable growth journey and financial reporting. Your role will also include support for business case development, tariff tracking, and handling various ad hoc financial tasks to support the division’s overall financial health and efficiency. Being part of the CT Controller Team, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Background & Skills

We are looking for a structured and self-driven professional with:

A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international company

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in P01, SRP, BI, and MS Office (especially Excel)

A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams

Strong motivation, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
