\n\t\t\t\t\tLead all accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, and general ledger\nPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP\nManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis\nImplement and maintain internal controls and financial systems\nCollaborate with project managers to analyze projects and prepare work in progress reports\nReview contracts, lien waivers and other legal documents\nAdvise executive leadership on financial performance and opportunities\nOversee audits, bonding and insurance, and financial risk management\nAssist in managing IT issues and drive ERP system implementation\nWork with the HR Manager on employee insurance and benefits\nAssist in the compliance and oversight of the 401(K) and Employee Stock Ownership Plans\nQualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\tAdditional Skills & Qualifications
\n\t\t\t\t\tBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\n5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry\nController or strong Controller Candidate experience\nProficiency in accounting software (Sage or similar ERP; Excel)\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills\nAn Ownership thinking attitude\nAbility to lead and develop a finance team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
