Description

Lead all accounting functions including AP/AR, payroll, job costing, and general ledgerPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with GAAPManage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysisImplement and maintain internal controls and financial systemsCollaborate with project managers to analyze projects and prepare work in progress reportsReview contracts, lien waivers and other legal documentsAdvise executive leadership on financial performance and opportunitiesOversee audits, bonding and insurance, and financial risk managementAssist in managing IT issues and drive ERP system implementationWork with the HR Manager on employee insurance and benefitsAssist in the compliance and oversight of the 401(K) and Employee Stock Ownership Plans

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
