This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and driving strategic initiatives to support organizational growth. Responsibilities: • Manage the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and precise completion. • Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Lead financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning. • Collaborate on M& A activities and assist with acquisition integration processes. • Ensure proper implementation and utilization of accounting software systems. • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to streamline operations. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team. • Monitor key financial metrics and prepare detailed reports for management review. • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance. Job Order: 03600-0013278811 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within the construction industry. • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Proficiency in accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel. • Demonstrated ability to lead month-end close processes and financial statement preparation. • Experience with M& A activities and acquisition integrations. • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
