Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee the financial operations of multiple companies within our organization. This role involves managing accounting practices, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities: • Manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of financial statements. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. • Prepare and distribute financial statements to key management personnel for decision-making purposes. • Assist in the creation of annual budgets, variance reports, and financial forecasts. • Design and oversee effective internal controls to safeguard financial reporting accuracy. • Collaborate with external auditors and provide support for tax return preparation. • Supervise and guide the accounting team, fostering growth and operational efficiency. • Oversee accounting practices, budgeting, financial analysis, and compliance across the division. • Support treasury functions and ensure effective cash management. • Participate in system upgrade projects to enhance financial operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of eight years of experience in accounting and finance roles. • Proven expertise in financial reporting and analysis. • Supervisory experience with the ability to manage and mentor teams. • Strong proficiency in large-scale ERP systems such as Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. • Advanced skills in Office Suite tools, particularly Excel. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
