A growing manufacturing company in Gardena is seeking an experienced Controller to lead and optimize its financial operations. This is a strategic role ideal for someone with a strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee all accounting functions, including AR/AP, GL, payroll, inventory, and reporting
+ Lead cost accounting efforts, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
+ Manage month-end/year-end close, financial consolidations, and reporting
+ Develop and enforce internal controls and accounting policies
+ Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance systems and processes
+ Ensure regulatory compliance and manage external audits
+ Provide financial insights to support business strategy
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting Leader
+ Strong background in cost accounting and manufacturing
+ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
+ Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting leadership roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cost accounting principles, including standard costing and inventory valuation.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
