This role requires an experienced individual with a strong background in accounting and financial management to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial activities. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership and possess a detail-oriented mindset to drive organizational success. Responsibilities: • Manage month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. • Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations and maintenance of accounts. • Lead financial audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Prepare and present financial statements in accordance with regulatory and company standards. • Ensure adherence to SEC reporting requirements and manage associated documentation. • Conduct variance analyses to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Develop and implement financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting operations and enhance overall performance. • Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies. • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management. • Expertise in month-end close processes and general ledger management. • Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance. • Familiarity with SEC reporting standards and requirements. • Proven ability to perform variance analyses and interpret financial data. • Demonstrated experience in conducting and managing financial audits. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication and leadership abilities to collaborate across teams.
