Description We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Corporate Controller to join our team in San Diego, California. This role is integral to providing financial leadership in a fast-paced consumer electronics company, offering strategic insights and operational support to drive growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative environments, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a passion for operational excellence. Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to analyze revenue, labor, expenses, and capital, guiding decisions to achieve financial objectives. • Design and produce management reports by identifying and tracking key operational and financial metrics, including budget-to-actual performance analyses. • Oversee detailed revenue tracking and ensure alignment with forecasts. • Lead the development of annual departmental plans and forecasts, providing strategic financial guidance. • Create and deliver presentations that effectively communicate business performance to stakeholders. • Support the evaluation and integration of M& A opportunities, contributing to strategic growth initiatives. • Perform advanced financial modeling and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions. • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance across all operations. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial leadership role. • Advanced proficiency in financial systems, including Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. • Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present confidently to senior leaders. • Experience with accounting software systems and tools such as CRM, ADP, and Crystal Reports. • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and operational improvements.
