Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. • Prepare and review financial statements, including audits and reports, to support organizational goals. • Monitor and maintain the general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies to align with business objectives. • Conduct regular reviews of journal entries and accounting records to ensure consistency and precision. • Utilize accounting software systems, such as QuickBooks, to streamline financial operations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial reporting and decision-making processes. • Lead efforts to improve internal controls and maintain regulatory compliance. • Support strategic planning through detailed financial analysis and reporting. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, fostering growth and development. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks. • Strong knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes. • Demonstrated expertise in preparing financial statements and conducting audits. • Proven ability to manage month-end close activities and ensure compliance. • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
