About the Role As Controller, you will oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations and play a critical role in guiding financial strategy. This is a hands-on position requiring both strategic insight and daily management of accounting functions. You’ll be responsible for: + Monthly and Quarterly Financial Reporting + Annual Budgeting and Forecasting + Financial and Operational Analysis + Cash Flow Management and Forecasting + Capital Expenditure Oversight and Reporting + Oversight of Day-to-Day Accounting Operations + Tax Compliance and Coordination (including preparation, filings, and liaison with external tax advisors) + Partnering with operational leaders to inform and support decision-making + Ensuring internal controls, compliance, and financial best practices Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a high-performing finance professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring both public accounting experience and in-house industry expertise, demonstrating the ability to move seamlessly between tactical and strategic responsibilities. Requirements • Extensive experience in financial control and reporting within a complex organizational structure. • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis effectively. • Strong understanding of asset management, including capital investment and maintenance planning. • Expertise in tax compliance and regulatory reporting requirements. • Familiarity with cash flow management and funding strategies. • Proficiency in overseeing audits and preparing detailed financial schedules. • Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior leadership and external partners. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, including analysis and forecasting applications.
