The opportunityDelaware North Sportservice is hiring a full-time Controller to join our team at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida. PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Lead and manage all accounting operations at the unit level, including supervision, performance management, and compliance with corporate policies Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with financial reporting standards Identify and address client-specific deviations from standard practices, collaborating with leadership to align expectations with company policies Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and oversight of internal and external audits Partner with Global Business Services to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and maintain strong internal controls More about you Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience including previous supervisory experience Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited Institution of Higher Education Strong knowledge in inventory controls, internal controls and audits. Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes Strong computer skills, including MS Office, OneStream People soft Financials or similar accounting software Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Facilitation, detailed collaboration and effective communication Expertise in driving continuous improvement and business process management This is an on-site position.
