Oversee Financial Reporting & Analysis - Deliver timely, accurate financial and operational reports to support informed business decisions.Lead Budgeting & Forecasting - Manage the planning process including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting across divisions.Construction Industry Expertise - Minimum 8-10 years in site construction/manufacturing required, with strong knowledge of construction accounting programs.Job Costing & Cost Control - Track job costs, ensure all billable items are captured, and analyze actual costs to optimize financial efficiency.Support CFO & Advise Leadership - Act as a key advisor to management on financial consequences of business and operational decisions.System Implementation & Transition Oversight - Lead accounting software rollouts and manage business unit separations or integrations.Strong Analytical & Financial Modeling Skills - Excel proficiency required; must synthesize complex data for actionable insights.Education & Credentials - Bachelor's in Accounting required; CPA or CMA highly preferred. 1421775 - Bos-AV_1750695982 To Apply for this Job Click Here
