Role Purpose Key Responsibilities

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Use of control system fundamental via industrial controllers for achieving the desired target of the product/process parameters/attributes. Analyze control problems and propose solutions on the basis of classical or modern control theory. Design control system hardware and software for manufacturing process. Develop or modify control systems including data acquisition, data display, control charts and control algorithms. Conduct electrical design activities, including hardware selection, system structure design, and review of electrical schematic drawings. Develop control software by defining software functional specifications and programming PLC, HMI, SCADA systems. Participate in various projects, including capital expansion, new technology development, solution migration, and process control improvement. Engage in all phases of the project lifecycle, from system design to installation, start-up, training, and technology transfer. Utilize advanced skills in PLC, HMI, SCADA, automation integration, and data transfer as required by each project. Experiences/Education - Required Experiences/Education - Desired
