Control Room Operator (CRO)
Wage: $23.50/hour

Join our team as a Control Room Operator (CRO) and play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for the control room.

Monitor cameras and promptly report suspicious or unusual activity.

Respond to and escalate alarms as necessary.

Mask and unmask doors as needed.

Verify ticket status and ensure proper handling.

Maintain accurate security documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of 24/7 security operations and procedures.

Ability to assess information from multiple sources and make sound decisions.

Skilled at following detailed instructions to determine appropriate actions.

Capable of leading and motivating others to achieve goals.

Quick to learn and operate various security and safety systems.

Maintains a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.

Advanced computer skills required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong customer service focus.

Confident in interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and social levels.

Takes initiative, prioritizes tasks, and manages multiple responsibilities.

Adaptable to changing environments and organizational needs.
