You’ll be the key connection between our field crews, cutting-edge technology, and the reliable service our members count on. **What You’ll Be Doing:** + **Monitor & Respond:** Keep a watchful eye on our SCADA, OMS, and ADMS systems, identifying issues before they become problems. + **Coordinate Field Crews:** Dispatch the right people to the right place fast. Whether it’s a power outage, hazardous situation, or urgent maintenance, you’ll be ready. + **Communicate with Precision:** Serve as the go-to communicator between the control room and field teams. Clear, friendly, and accurate communication is your superpower. + **Support System Reliability:** Track outages, update models, and make sure every detail, down to truck numbers and blink counts, is spot on. + **Stay Calm in the Storm:** Literally. During major weather events or emergencies, you’ll be part of the critical response team, helping restore service when it matters most.
