Responsibilities The Opportunity This role ensures safeguard the Global Capability Center strategy in order to help PepsiCo to accomplish their objectives and minimizing routine and non-routine risks of all processes migrating to the Capability Center by promoting operational efficiency and to increase the Control Maturity Level in the existing processes. Your Impact As Control & Reporting Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Responsible for performing Mexico Capability Center project activities according with the Annual Plan Validation of Process Maps and Desktop Detail (DTP) in each wave of implementation by country and per process Contribute to identifying risks and controls required per tower Review and analyze Company records and procedures Provide conclusions to Management through executive summary and detailed reports Support to the Business at the control's implementation aligned with Global Control Standard (COSO Methodology) Set remediation plans to solve issues identified Promote best practices in business processes to improve control efficiency and process Support to the Control and Process Owners for Q certification. Risk assessments and independent testing for existing processes Special requests to support the MCC compliance necessities Ensure proper Control certifications over the year Support external audits (KPMG) and Corporate Audits Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience required: Bachelors degree required (Accountant, Administrator Finance or Similar) Minimum of 2 - 3 years as background (Control, Accounting, Audit, Analytics, RPA´s, - Projects or Finance). "Big Four" experience preferred English Advanced COSO and SOX Knowledge Understanding of auditing standards, audit techniques and testing and financial/operations controls PowerBI or others Analytical, Lean Six Sigma, Agile or similar methodologies experience.
