What You Will Be Doing
As a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the F-35 Sustainment program, you will be an integral part of ensuring the timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and services that keep the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft mission-ready. You will oversee and manage assigned control accounts, monitoring cost, schedule, and performance to ensure contractual requirements are met. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will gain hands-on experience in program management, supply chain operations, and performance tracking while working alongside experienced professionals in a high-visibility program.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned control accounts within the F-35 Sustainment portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure contract requirements are met.
- Update material delivery status and work to align demand with supplier capacity.
- Track material requirements to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) to contractual due dates.
- Collect and organize evidence for contract closure activities.
- Prepare status reports and present updates to leadership.
- Identify and resolve project challenges, collaborating with project managers, suppliers, and functional teams.
- Develop tools and processes to monitor progress and drive improvements.

Experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), or Inventory Management

- Familiarity with managing a project (cost and schedule)
- SAP procurement system
- Organizational skills
- Control Account Manager (CAM)
- Inventory Management

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
