Description Our client, a fast-paced, growth-focused organization is seeking a Contracts Specialist to join its dynamic legal and compliance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in reviewing, redlining, and negotiating a high volume of contracts. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties to ensure that contractual agreements support business objectives while minimizing risk. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, redline, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to master service agreements (MSAs), subcontracts, purchase orders, NDAs, and vendor agreements. Ensure contract terms align with company policies, risk tolerance, and industry best practices. Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, legal, risk management, and operations teams. Identify and escalate legal and commercial risks, offering practical solutions to mitigate exposure. Manage contract lifecycle processes and maintain an organized system for tracking contract status, obligations, and renewals. Support compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal standards. Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in contract management. Strong understanding of construction contract terminology, risk allocation, and applicable laws. Proven ability to redline and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities. Proficiency with contract management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
