Minimum requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying SACPCMP Registration – Professional or Candidate (non-negotiable) 15+ years’ proven experience in building construction management Solid understanding of building regulations, NHBRC, and SANS codes Excellent knowledge of construction contracts (JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle (essential) Proficient in MS Projects and/or Primavera P6 Experience with construction project management software (e.g. Candy, BuildSmart, CCS) Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
