Title: Contracts Manager (CLM-Certified) - Remote / Hybrid

Pay Range: $50-$95/hr depending on experience and platform certifications

About the Role

We are actively seeking a Contracts Manager with CLM platform certification to support high-volume contracting functions for leading corporate legal departments and legal tech clients. You will be responsible for managing contract workflows, redlining, metadata normalization, and maintaining contract lifecycle processes within CLM systems.

Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor contracts)Administer CLM tools such as Ironclad, Icertis, Agiloft, or CongaNormalize contract data and assist with metadata tagging and clause library maintenanceSupport contract intake, routing, and stakeholder coordinationCollaborate with legal ops and procurement teams to ensure contract compliance and optimization

✅ Requirements:
