HOW A CONTRACTS MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manages the negotiation and administration of government contractsHas an understanding of all contract types FFP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, CPIF, FPLOE, and IDIQPossess excellent interpersonal skills to include communication, strategizing, and presentingManage a team of contracts administrators to provide leadership and guidance of workloadProvide the expertise to solve issues or concerns within a reasonable timeframeAssist with reviews of RFI and RFP, provide recommendations to Capture

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education: Bachelors degreeRequired Experience: 5+ years of related Contracts Administration experienceSecurity Clearance Level: Must have an active TS/SCI. Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Poly as needed.Required Skills and Abilities: Effective negotiation and communication skills; Leadership abilitiesLocation: This is a hybrid position working onsite at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. This position requires being onsite three days a week minimum.US Citizenship required
