**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements, and supporting our business objectives.
+ Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
+ Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to closeout
+ Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and client requirements, including local Saudi Arabian regulations
+ Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
+ Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations
+ Collaborate with project teams to provide contractual guidance and resolve disputes
+ Coordinate with legal, procurement, and finance departments to streamline contract processes
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and records
+ Analyze contract terms and conditions to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
+ Develop and implement standardized contract templates and processes
+ Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting contract management
+ Provide training and guidance to team members on contract management best practices
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in related field.
+ MRICS professional membership or equivalent certification in contract management (preferred)
+ Minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a similar industry
+ In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial regulations, and industry-specific requirements
+ Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business laws and regulations
+ Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
+ Proven ability to assess and mitigate contractual risks
+ Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities
+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
+ Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work under pressure
