Job description:
Knowledge necessary for fulfillment of job duties: 
1) Knowledge of the basics of international law, foreign corporate and contract law, international arbitration, as well as other areas in the profile of activities;
2) Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and law enforcement practice in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including civil, corporate, tax, currency, customs, insurance, environmental, land, administrative law, etc.; 2) Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and law enforcement practice in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including civil, corporate, tax, currency, customs, insurance, environmental, land, administrative law, etc.;
3) Knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation and law enforcement practice of the Russian Federation, including civil, corporate, tax, currency, customs law, etc.; 3) Knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation and law enforcement practice of the Russian Federation;
4) Principles of English contract law;
5) Knowledge of basic business processes and investment project;

Skills required to perform the duties:
1) Skills in legal support of investment projects, transactions related to investment activities;
2) Skills in legal support of license agreements, engineering agreements, PSD/ERSM/EPC/ER/S contracts;
3) Innovativeness and ability to use legal bases of regulatory acts;
4) Strategic thinking and vision;
5) Ability to acquire and apply new knowledge quickly;
6) Flexibility and openness to new things;
7) Ability to work with legislation, determine the applicable law, interpret, analyze the application of regulations;
