DESCRIPTION
The Contracts Analyst is a key member of the Michels Canada team and plays an integral support role in the contracting for energy and infrastructure projects. This position must be able to manage multiple priorities at one time while working within tight deadlines. Flexibility and attention to detail are important for success as are teamwork , collaboration and competency in written and verbal communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years related experience is preferred (preference to those with contracts formation backgrounds) Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word and MS Excel. Competent in written and verbal communication. Prioritization and problem-solving skills. Time management skills and attention to detail. Customer service and discretion. Ability to manage multiple tasks work effectively with tight deadlines and short timeframes. Ability to work collaboratively and build constructive relationships.DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the construction industry, preferably in pipeline, power, pipe services, trenchless crossings, or tunnel construction. Experience and/or training in ISNetWorld (ISN) and SharePoint. Ability to think critically and make sound decisions, even without complete information.LANGUAGES
Must be able to communicate verbally and through written language (by hand and digitally) in English.BENEFITS
