Contracts Administrator - Temp to Hire

Job Title: Contracts Administrator

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up Customer bill to accounts and locations for service. Input Contracts, equipment, and data into COINs Accounting System. Maintain electronic Contract files received internally and externally. Process Contract renewals and addendums received. Receive inquiries from internal and external customers and track for timely responses such as email address updates, change in equipment/tech level assigned, invoice/schedule questions, customer requests received for billing or address change. Compile and prepare documentation in preparation for contract closures. Other duties as assigned

Job Specifications (incl. Education requirements, minimal experience, computer skills required, etc.)

Must have high school diploma or GED. 1+ year experience in contracts administration required. Must have advanced working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in work processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.  Must have excellent oral and written communications HVAC industry experience, a plus.

Compensation Range: $27 - $38 per hour
