This role focuses on processing and tracking executed land contracts, managing updates, and maintaining organized documentation. You will collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Land Acquisition teams to ensure seamless contract administration.Responsibilities:
Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.Process payment requests accurately and promptly.Perform administrative tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.Basic knowledge of real estate contracts.Strong attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and respond to time-sensitive requests.Benefits and Perks:Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hourMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid holidaysTraining & Growth opportunitiesYour New Organization: Join a team that values its employees and fosters a collaborative work environment.
