Contracts Administrator
Acute Care Technology

This role is designed to support ZOLL's GPO and State Contracts business by interacting with Sales, Order Management, and Customer Service teams through Salesforce and other methods to allow for product purchases by GPO and State contracts members and participating States. The person in this role will work closely with their team, team manager and cross-functional teams to provide support within the scope of the work or projects given.

Job Summary
ZOLL Global Sales Contract Management (GSCM) strives to help grow ZOLL business by providing exceptional customer service through positive, productive customer engagement. This role is designed to support ZOLL business by interacting with the Sales team through Salesforce and other methods to allow for the product purchases by our customers through contractual documents. The person in this role will work closely with their team manager to provide support within the scope of the work or projects given.

Essential Functions

Work the Salesforce que assigned from start to finish, and partner with internal approvers as necessary

Field inquiries, calls and emails from Sales and Customer Service regarding contractual questions and administer the resulting Salesforce case to closure

Respond to miscellaneous data/report requests

Report out on various tasks within GSCM, including end of life contracts and renewals

Responding to documentation requests from cross-functional internal personnel

Corresponding with external and internal customers and following up as needed

Administering documentation requests for review by management from initiation to execution and coordinating the timely completion of same

Downloading informational requests from portals and determining who should action the request

Communicating with internal cross-functional subject matter experts on action items received from Salesforce and portals

Work on membership and price activations as tasked

Provide supporting documentation for tasked action items

Coordinate and facilitate with functional leaders to ensure all processes are documented

Download and report out on membership on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

Maintain records in ContractSafe by uploading executed contracts and agreements and working closely with all GSCM members to ensure data accuracy

All the above as provided for in accordance with a standard procedure document or as trained

Support GSCM Department, International Sales, and Management as needed

Complete other department projects as assigned by Management.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

2-4+ years contracts experience preferred

Strong overall computer skills - high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, databases and the internet are essential

Experience working with Oracle a plus

Ability to retain and recall previously introduced processes and procedures

Ability to prioritize work

Ability to work independently after training
