Apply now for the position of Contracts Administrator, and you will join our Managed Equipment Services team working out of Fiona Stanley Hospital.

Your role:

Manage an extensive range of subcontractor agreements in a demanding environment by developing and sustaining strong business relationships.Provide a clear communication link between the internal operations team and the subcontractor(s)Interrogation of contractual terms to achieve desired outcomes in accordance with the head contract obligations, including a strict KPI regime.Ensure contracted deliverables and governance commitments are met.Undertake procurement of new and replacement medical equipment.

Your expertise:

Tertiary qualification in business, legal or related discipline, or equivalent experience.Experience in busy contract administration role dealing with challenging stakeholders is advantageous.You have prior experience drafting contract notices and executing contract dispute resolutionsAn understanding of contract review, management, and legal terminology.You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
