What You Will Do

Maintain all security documentation in accordance with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requirementsAssists in the preparation of necessary paperwork and support DCSA investigations, audits and inquiriesMaintain a positive working relationship with assigned DCSA Industrial Security and other government agency representativesMaintain compliance with federal security requirements (i.e. NISPOM) and federal and contract specific security requirementsProvide information, guidance and instruction to employees on the completion of required security forms and documentsReview, process and verify facility and personnel security clearances and requestsPrepare access and visit authorization requestsAdminister security awareness and training programsConduct employee briefings and debriefings, support classified meetingsSupports in the review of issued DD254s and prepare DD254s for subcontractorsAssists with the Develop and revise program level security plans, procedures and instructionsProvide classification guidance to employees, develop and provide security education and awareness training, conduct security briefings, lead security self-inspections and audits, and investigate security incidents.Coordinate and respond to off-hour building alarmsServe as the CSSO for multiple programsAs the CSSO the candidate will assist in all aspects of security to include personnel, physical, technical, and classification management utilizing the requirements set forth in DoD policy and security classification guidance for each programComplete program Access Requests (PAR)

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Other education, commensurate experience and demonstrated ability of individual may be substituted.)Experience in a progressively complex, relevant industrial security environment and demonstrated knowledge of standard security processes. Proven experience supporting programs within the DoD and SAP government communities.Facility Security Officer Certification through CDSE, preferredSAP Mid-Level Security Management Certification, preferredCurrent Secret security clearance with an investigation within the last 6 yearsComprehensive and demonstrated knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, DoD 5205.07 Manuals and federal industrial security requirementsProficient in DISS Information System for Security and Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP), NBIS, and NISSStrong analytical and reasoning skillsAbility to operate independently and in a team environment to communicate effectively with technical staff, peers, management and with customers. Able to multitask and stay organized.Proficient in using the standard MS Office programs including MS SharePointExperience providing SAP security duties, including but not limited to: accreditation, access control, alarms, combinations, and vendor support
