That’s something we’re truly proud of, **Work That Matters, People Who Care** . **Job Description** **What's the job?** We’ve got an exciting *new* opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as a **Contractor Management Administrator** . This hybrid role is based out of our Mississauga head office and plays a key part in making sure our subcontractors across Canada and the U.S. meet Dexterra’s compliance standards. **About the Role** You’ll be the go-to person for managing our Contractor Compliance Data System (CDS), helping vendors stay on track, and working closely with our Sustainability team to support greener and safer supply chain practices. + Review and approve vendor requests in CDS. + Ensure vendors are compliant and properly onboarded. + Build dashboards and run compliance reports. + Support vendors with documentation and questions. + Coordinate CDS training and communications. + Prepare reports for audits and leadership. + Collaborate with the Sustainability team. + Help with other Supply Chain tasks as needed. **Qualifications** **What we're looking for** + 3+ years of relevant experience and a diploma or certification. + Background in HSEQ or Supply Chain. + Familiarity with CDS/CMS registries (e.g., ComplyWorks, Avetta). + Strong Excel and MS Office skills; Power BI is a plus. + Clear communication and relationship-building. + Bilingual in English and French is an asset. + Staying organized and meeting deadlines. + Working with different teams and levels. + Being proactive and detail-oriented. + ISO 9001 knowledge is a nice-to-have. **Additional Information** **WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?** + Be part of an industry that's more important than ever! + A flexible hybrid work model based in Mississauga. + Supportive team environment with room to grow. + Employee Referral Program! + We are growing! **Dexterra Group** is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
