This position involves providing comprehensive front-desk coverage, assisting with the coordination of meeting rooms, and setting up events. Additionally, this role will initially be a contract position, with the potential for permanent employment.
About You:
2+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on outstanding customer service.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish-English preferred, but not required; capable of anticipating client and team needs.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle physical tasks, including lifting equipment up to 25 lbs.
About the Job:
Manage incoming calls and greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide recommendations based on meeting requirements.
Assist with catering arrangements for internal meetings.
Oversee conference center activities, ensuring proper setup and cleanup.
Provide administrative support, including scanning, copying, and coordinating equipment deliveries.
Our client is seeking a Receptionist to start as soon as possible in their Philadelphia, PA office. The position offers up to $28 per hour during the contract period, with the potential to earn up to $52,000 per year based on experience, working a 35-hour week.
