What You Can Expect
As a Tenders Specialist, you will manage Tenders and Contracts on a day to day basis whilst managing any commercialy related pricing queries and any other pricing queries relating to the current contracted accounts. You will be responsible for controlling these functions within company guidelines, methods and policies. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build and maintain constructive relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.
How You'll Create Impact Maintain and co-ordinate all aspects of the contracts/tenders on a day-to-day basis Communicate all contract changes to all relevant parties, internal and external including professional contact with our customers. Assist with the production of all tender business proposals Liaise with auditors as required Work with the team to create usage reports/customer Achieve 100% accuracy and deadlines of tender submissions. Ensure all tender notifications published are logged and disseminated within 24 hours of receipt. Ensure electronic contract files are up to date for audit purposes Ensuring customers are monitored for contract compliance What Makes You Stand Out Being customer focused at all times Demonstrable experience managing of projects and processes The ability to expertly manage time and prioritization on tasks and work independently Can effectively work in a cross boarder & matrixed environment Ability to review and adapt processes to continuously enhance ways of workingExperience with public tender systrems such as Mercell Strong Excel skills up to VLookup & Pivot Table levelYour Background Business degree or similar would be advantageous Knowledge of the Orthopedic market/medical sales market Experience of working with/submitting tenders and handling quotationsDemonstarble knowledge working with SAP and or Excel and be confident with using formulas such as Vlookups and pivot tables Capabale of working is fast paced/deadline orientated environment.Speaking & Written language skills in Swedish & English is essentional.
