Contract Talent Sourcer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contract Talent Sourcer to join our Dallas-based Venue Support Center team. In this role, you will support both our Venue Support Center and venues across the U.S. by sourcing top talent in the hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment industry.

 

This position is built for a sourcing professional who knows how to uncover talent beyond traditional job boards, engage passive candidates, and confidently headhunt. The right candidate will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Talent Acquisition Recruiter role by the end of the calendar year.

 

This role is based at our Dallas Venue Support Center, with an expectation of being on-site four days per week.

What You’ll DoProactively source and engage passive candidates for leadership roles in hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainmentBuild and maintain strong pipelines for managerial roles across venues nationwidePartner with recruiters and venue leadership to align sourcing strategies with hiring prioritiesRepresent our brand in a compelling way to attract top talent in competitive marketsTrack sourcing activity, pipeline strength, and outreach effectiveness to continuously improve resultsExplore and leverage creative sourcing channels, from networking and referrals to advanced online searchesWhat You’ll Bring3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting with a focus on passive candidate engagement and headhuntingProven success sourcing for leadership roles in hospitality, food & beverage, or entertainment industries (preferred)Skilled at using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other advanced sourcing toolsStrong communication and relationship-building skills with passive candidates and hiring leadersHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches at once in a fast-paced environmentA proactive, results-driven mindset with a high sense of urgency
