**Work Hours: Full Time Days (8:00am-5:00pm) for 40 hrs/week (remote work allowed at manager's discretion)**

What Will You Do:
Primary Focus Leader: Lead a primary focus contracting group (eg. Information Technology Services, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Research, Clinical Services/Community Hope/Education, or Provider). Lead team and is responsible for primary area?s outcomes, refinement of tools, application, business process and policies. 25%
Contract Category Owner: Responsible for gathering requirements to configure the Icertis application, including contract types, data attributes, contract forms, templates, clauses, and approval workflows. Refine in-use contract types and build new contract types and requirements as needed. 10%
Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial request in Icertis or ServiceNow through execution, renewal, and termination, using the Icertis platform. 40%
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure contracts comply with legal standards and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts. 10%
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, technology, provider, revenue cycle, and finance teams, to gather requirements and ensure contract terms meet business needs. Provide training and support to users of the Icertis platform, contract requesters, and contract owners to ensure effective utilization and adherence to best practices. 10%
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the Icertis system. Ensure all contract data is properly entered and managed. Generate reports and analyze contract data to provide insights and support decision-making processes. 5%
