We are looking for our client a financial administrative employee (internal; Contract Support) to join the team. The main feature of this role will be to provide exceptional customer service and business support to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business Unit. Understanding, anticipating, and delivering to customer needs, achieving results within quality and time constraints.
You will be responsible for all administrative activities within the team. You can think of purchasing and stock management, order administration, mail management, invoice administration, drawing up and managing CBRE's registration systems, and when necessary, ad-hoc reports.
**This Is What You Will Be Doing**
+ Raise/review Purchase Orders, comprehensive spend tracking, process supplier invoices and resolve any queries whilst chasing debt to keep within contractual terms;
+ Support with implementation of savings opportunities to ensure customer and GWS financial savings targets are maximized;
+ Drive high-quality commercial performance through understanding the contractual commitments, better buying, and use of preferred suppliers;
+ You will be supported in the invoicing process, adding margins, creating invoices, and following up;
+ Continually develop systems to maximize efficiency benefits for the customer and CBRE;
+ You monitor the contractually agreed services with the customer;
+ Creation and review of management reports such as P&L, PO's overview, Invoice Pool and PowerBI;
+ Policy and procedure compliance;
+ Drive high-quality financial performance to influence month-end results;
+ Working closely with the facility team to make sure accurate figures are present in operational and projects budgets;
+ Ad-hoc reporting as requested by the Business Unit or Business/Finance and reporting of the work management system;
+ Feeling comfortable with working with data and with deadlines;
+ Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently;
+ Results/ task orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy;
+ Supporting with solving the queries from suppliers and the client.
**Financial and Administrative Operations**
+ Raise and review Purchase Orders and track spending comprehensively.
+ Process supplier invoices, resolve related queries, and ensure timely debt collection.
+ Support the invoicing process, including adding margins, processing into client’s system and following up on outstanding payments.
+ Monitor and ensure compliance with contractually agreed services and company policies.
+ Create and review of management reports such as P&L, PO's overview, Work orders, Invoices and PowerBI.
+ Provide reports on internal cross-charge costs to the client.
**Performance and Cost Management**
+ Assist in the implementation of cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and GWS financial savings.
+ Drive high-quality commercial performance by understanding and adhering to contractual commitments and utilizing preferred suppliers.
+ Work closely with the facility team to maintain accuracy in operational and project budgets and to influence month-end financial results.
**System and Process Improvement**
+ Conduct and generate ad-hoc and regular reporting to support the Business Unit and Finance team.
+ Address and resolve queries and issues from suppliers and clients and improve customer and supplier relationships and communications.
+ Continuously develop and enhance systems and processes to maximize efficiency and quality of service and to support the customer and CBRE.
**What do you bring to CBRE?**
+ Education: A minimum of an MBO diploma.
+ Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in administration or financial support.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Coupa, or other ERP systems is a strong advantage. Excel skills are essential.
+ Language Proficiency: Good command of the English language is required; Dutch is a plus but not mandatory.

**What do we offer you?**
+ Starting salary between €2.800 and €3.500, depending on skills and experience;
