Contract Support Analyst (Cambridge, MA)
Philips
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a **Contracts Support Analyst** . In this role, your primary responsibility will be to execute finalized contracts — this _does not, nor will it_ include drafting, redlining, or negotiating. You’ll ensure all contract terms are accurately recorded in our systems, maintain thorough documentation, and support internal teams and customers to keep workflows smooth and contracts on track—all while upholding compliance and aligning processes with company standards and obligations.
The goal of this role is to enhance operational and financial performance while minimizing risk by ensuring all parties comply with contract terms. You’ll manage and analyze a range of agreements—including local contracts, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) relationships, buying programs, and quarterly group buys—while also handling renewals, renegotiations, reconciliations, and credits. This role requires maintaining up-to-date customer records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and applying LEAN strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
**Your role:**
+ Manage end-to-end commercial contract execution and system implementation across SAP, Conga (i.e., Apttus), and Salesforce (SFDC) systems for a core zone with contract values exceeding $100M. Oversaw contract setup, pricing, and compliance for major GPOs and IDNs, including Health Trust and BayCare. Lead data migration, QA testing, and UAT for new CPQ and CLM systems.
+ Cross-functionally collaborate and provide customer support to Contract Managers, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate contract setup and execution. Provide issue resolution, escalation management, and investigative support to address a wide range of customer and operational challenges.
+ Analyze, report and deliver actionable insights through sales and finance reports, Excel dashboards, and pricing strategies to support revenue growth. Applied LEAN methodologies to streamline workflows, update work instructions, and enhance compliance for process improvement. Maintained accurate records of contracted equipment and services using SAP, Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Conga.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have 3+ years of experience in a contracts analyst position where you used critical thinking; problem-solving skills to analyze, identify and mitigate risks in contracts; you can display flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment and are able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
+ Your skills include strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and data matching across sources (required). Experienced with Salesforce, Conga (i.e., Apttus), and SAP systems (preferred).
+ You have a Bachelor’ degree and/or equivalent business experience in the Contracts Administration, Contracts Support and/or Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), preferred.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
